The loop you know too well

You say it's fine. Then it happens again.

You get triggered. You react. Or you stay quiet - and replay the entire conversation later.

You want to speak up without starting a fight.

You want to say no without feeling guilty. You want to stop overthinking.

But knowing what you should do doesn't always help when you're actually in the moment.

“It's fine.”
“Let it go.”
“Why am I still thinking about this?”
“I should have handled that better.”
You get triggered.
You react — or stay quiet.
The Loopand then it happens again

In this 90-minute live workshop, discover why knowing your triggers isn't enough - and how to create space between the trigger and your response.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Read honestly. How many sound familiar?

01

You stay polite in the moment, then replay the entire conversation for hours - sometimes days.

02

You say “it's okay” to avoid conflict, then feel resentment building inside.

03

You know your triggers, but when the moment comes, you still react - and feel guilty afterwards.

04

You want to set boundaries, but guilt always wins.

If even two sound like you…

You're not too sensitive. You're not bad at handling emotions.

You may simply have learned how to manage your emotions without learning how to regulate them.

And that difference changes everything.

THE TRUTH NO ONE TELLS YOU

Emotional management keeps you functional.
Emotional regulation gives you more choice.

You've probably become very good at managing yourself.

You suppress it. You distract yourself. You stay busy. You say, “It's fine.”

It works. Until it doesn't.

Then you snap. You overthink. You feel resentful. You shut down.

Or you say something you wish you hadn't.

Regulation is different.

It's learning to notice what's happening inside you — before the automatic reaction takes over — so you can choose what you do next.

You don't need to control your emotions more.
You need to understand what they're telling you.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF…

You're juggling multiple roles - working professional, parent, partner, homemaker - and you're tired of carrying your emotions the way you always have. Tick what's true for you:

This is NOT for you if…

You're looking for a quick fix or someone to fix everything for you. Emotional regulation is a trainable skill.

I'll show you the path. You practise it.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER IN 90 MINUTES

4 mindset shifts that can change how you respond to your emotions.

Shift One

“Something Is Wrong With Me.”

“My Reaction Is a Learned Protective Pattern.”

You're not broken. Your reactions have a reason.

Shift Two

“I Need to Control My Emotions.”

“I Need to Regulate My State.”

You can't simply tell yourself to “calm down.” Regulation is a skill you can practise.

Shift Three

“My Emotions Are the Problem.”

“My Emotions Are Information.”

Your emotions may be telling you something about your needs, boundaries or patterns.

Shift Four

“I Know What To Do. Why Can't I Do It?”

“Emotional Strength Is a Practice.”

Knowing isn't enough. You need to practise responding differently when you're actually triggered.

YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

Not just theory. Real tools you can use the same day.

Your Personal Trigger Map

Know where your reactions actually begin.

The Paper-Folding Activity

A 60-second live experience to understand regulation in your body — not just your mind.

The Guilt-Free Boundary Script

What to say when you want to say NO without over-explaining.

The 3-Minute Regulation Toolkit

For after arguments, before difficult conversations, or whenever you feel yourself getting activated.

MEET YOUR COACH

Shweta Goel, mindfulness coach

You don't need to learn how to control yourself more. You need to understand yourself better.

For years, I thought being “calm and nice” was the safest way to keep the peace.

I smiled when I was angry. I said yes when I wanted to say no. I swallowed my words to avoid conflict.

From the outside, everything looked fine. Inside, I was exhausted.

Eventually, I realised my reactions weren't random. There were patterns underneath them. And I didn't need to become better at suppressing my emotions — I needed to understand them.

That's what I now teach.

Not how to control yourself more. How to understand yourself better — so you can respond differently.

WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY

Real experiences from people I've worked with.

I attended the coaching session with Shweta that proved to be incredibly beneficial. During the session, I found myself feeling a sense of calm and relaxation that I hadn't experienced in a long time. The coach created a safe and supportive environment where I felt truly heard, despite my usual tendency to keep my feelings to myself. This experience was transformative, helping me to open up and express emotions I rarely share. The session provided a comforting space for reflection and growth, making me feel more at ease and understood. I'm really looking forward for these sessions to help me grow and be a better version of myself.

I had slipped disc, depression and neck problems, so it really affect my emotions. I easily get angry over small things and will overthink too much when i'm in pain. After the session with Shweta, I already know how to control my emotion and focus on the present not about our future. I learned about meditation and it really helped me to become more relax physically and mindfully. It was such a fruitful session with you.
Izzati
When I started my journey with Shweta, I understood every anger trigger was an emotion or incident I had left unprocessed. I used to think I was a really short-tempered person. I would get triggered by smallest of changes or at my family that used to take me into a feeling of guilt and regret. Shweta guided me through this journey by first asking me the right questions for me to reach the root of my triggers. She provided a safe space and very supportive listening with whom I could express my worries and triggers and explore my emotions and process them to release. With every session, I could feel my body relax through the emotional relief. Shweta's incredible way of navigating through emotions with guided meditation and visualizations opened up and taught me new perspectives of looking at situations in life. She guided me to self-reflection, calm and confidence in a way that resonated with me. This journey has been truly life-changing for me.

FINAL INVITATION

You don't have to keep saying “I'm fine.”

Not when you're exhausted. Not when you're angry.

Not when you're replaying the conversation in your head.

Not when you're saying yes while everything inside you is saying no.

You don't need to become emotionless, or cold, or perfectly in control.

You can learn to pause, understand what is happening inside you, and choose what happens next.

90 minutes. One live workshop. A new way to understand your reactions.
